Bean Salad
a recipe that serves 3 by
Ingredients:
1 can of beans (Garbanzo, white kidney beans, northern beans or black beans)
2 medium thick slices of onion either chopped chunky or finely (yellow onion, red onion,
white onion or Vidalia onion)
1-2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions:
1. Rinse beans well and put in a bowl.
2. Add onions and oil, mix well.
3. Chill for at least 10 min. and let stand for 2 min. out of refrigerator before serving.
Note:
Any variation of beans and onions is tasty, my favorite is Garbanzo beans with red onion.
