Berry Cheese Turnovers

a recipe that serves 4 by me

Ingredients:

1 package (8 oz) refrigerated crescent rolls
4 oz (half of 8 oz package) Neufchate Cheese or 1\3 Less Fat Cream Cheese, softened
2 Tablespoons Splenda(or Sugar)
1/2 cup or more of berries (any berry of your choice)

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. On an ungreased baking sheet, unroll dough into 4 rectangles. Pinch close the perforations and press them smoothly.
3. Combine cheese with splenda, then spread onto dough ½” from sides. Top with generous amount of berries on one-half triangularly.
4. Pull and fold one opposite corner together and seal rectangle into a triangle.
5. Bake 11 minutes up to 13 minutes, should be golden brown.
