Broiled Boneless Pork Chops

a recipe that serves 2-4 by me

Ingredients:

4 boneless pork chops, approximately 3-6 oz each
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 pint grape tomatoes, halved

Directions:

1. In a small bowl mix vinegar, olive oil, parsley, garlic powder and pepper.
2. In another small bowl mix tomatoes with 1 1/2 tablespoons of vinegar mix and refrigerate tomatoes.
3. Poke fork holes in pork chops, then place them in a sealable bag along with the remaining vinegar mix, shake them up to fully coat each chop.
4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes turning bag over after 15 minutes.
5. Broil pork chops for 30 minutes or until cooked, turning them over after 15 minutes.
6. Serve hot with tomato mix spoon over each pork chop.

Note:

Serves well with cut green beans and a potato.
