Cajun Spice Wingettes

a recipe that serves 1 by me

Ingredients:

8-10 frozen chicken wingettes per person or 2-4 chicken wings per person
1 tablespoons of Cajun Spice
Blue Cheese, Ranch or Barbeque Sauce -for dipping

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
2. In a 9 x 13 glass baking dish sprayed with pam, place wingettes.
3. Generously place Cajun Spice on both sides of wingettes, before cooking.
4. Cook uncovered for 20 minutes and turn wingettes over, and continue cooking uncovered for approximately 25 minutes more. Chicken juices should run clear when pricked with a fork when done, if not cook longer.

Note:

To kick it up a notch add more cayenne pepper or crushed red pepper flakes to wingettes. Serves well with celery stick, salad and/or avocado slices.
