Chicken Breasts With Mushrooms in Balsamic Vinegar

Ingredients:
3-4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
3/4-1 lb. fresh mushroom, cleaned and dried
1/4 cup flour
3 tablespoons olive oil
6 garlic cloves, sliced thinly
1 Tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon chicken broth granules or 1 bouillon
1 cup hot water
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt sense table salt (33% less sodium)
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. Salt and pepper chicken.
2. Mix hot water and chicken broth granules, making broth.
3. Slice mushrooms.
4. Dredge chicken through flour, while oil heats in 10″ deep skillet and saute chicken in hot oil 4 minutes each side until browned.
5. Add garlic and mushrooms all over chicken, turn chicken and deep shaking and stirring mushrooms 3-5 minutes until mushrooms begin to cook.
6. Add broth, vinegar and basil, cover tightly cooking over medium heat for 20-25 min. until chicken is cooked. Place chicken on warmed dish.
7. Add butter to mushrooms and gravy in skillet, boil 3 minutes on medium high and spoon over chicken and serve hot.
