Quick & Easy Chicken or Beef Gravy
a recipe that serves 4 by
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup of chicken broth or beef broth, depending on which gravy you desire
2 tablespoons of flour
pepper, garlic powder, onion powder to taste
Directions:
1. In a 2 cup measuring bowl add all the ingredients and whisk until throughly mixed.
2. In a small sauce pot sprayed with pam, on medium heat pour broth mix and slowly whisk until gravy thickness to the desired constancy.
Notes:
If you have a pan that has some meat dripping, like a pan used for browning, use that pan in place of the sauce pot to make gravy in.
Options: add cooked mushroom or steamed onions to gravy mix in the small sauce pot.
