Deviled Eggs
a recipe that serves 6-12 by
Ingredients:
12 Hard-boiled eggs, cut in length-wise in half
1 1/2 Tablespoons of Kraft Lite Mayonnaise
2 Teaspoons deli, dijonnaise or spicy brown mustard (not yellow)
1/2 Teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 Tablespoon paprika
Directions:
1. Place all the egg yolks in a small bowl and mash finely.
2. Add mayonnaise, mustard and garlic powder and mix well.
3. Using a teaspoon, place egg yolk mix evenly in egg white halves where yolks came out of.
4. Using a small fork put lines (grooves) on egg yolk mix, and generously sprinkle paprika over tops of eggs.
Notes:
*For Deviled Egg Varieties add the following to egg yolk mixture:
For Spicy, add: either 1/8 teaspoon of cayenne pepper or 1/4 cajun spice
For Seafood, add: 2 tablespoons of cooked shrimp chopped very small or crabmeat chopped fine
For Salad, add:1/2 teaspoon each ground carrots and very finely chopped celery
