Garlic Mayo

a recipe by me

Ingredients:

1/2 cup of light mayonnaise
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon of paprika

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate at least one hour before using.
2. Cover well when storing and use within 3 to 4 days.

Note:

This tastes great on chicken burgers as well as lamb burgers.
