Honey Mustard Grilled Chicken

serves 2-3 adapted from Connie @ allrecipes.com

Ingredients:

2-3 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves or 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1/3 cup spicy brown mustard
2 teaspoons honey
2 tablespoons lite mayonnaise
1 teaspoons steak sauce

Directions:

1. Preheat grill on high.
2. In a medium bowl mix all ingredients, except chicken.
3. Place some mix on one side of chicken and place them face down on grill and put some mix on side facing up, leave for 10 minutes. Turn over put some mix on side up and lower to medium-low. Keep turning every 10 minutes for 40 minutes or until chicken is done.

Note:

Tastes good cooked in the oven too! Omit step 3 and replace it with the following:
3. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
4. Place some mix on one side of chicken and place them face down in a single layer on a glass baking dish sprayed with pam. Place some mix on side of chicken facing up.
5. Bake chicken uncovered for 40 minutes, or until chicken is just about cooked.
