Lime Marinated Chicken Thighs

a recipe that serves 3 by me

Ingredients:

9 chicken thighs
1/4 cup steak sauce
1/4 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons Key West Lime Juice
1 teaspoon of honey
3 large garlic cloves, dice

Directions:

1. Place chicken in zip lock bag. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour over chicken. Seal bag and lay flat on a dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, turning once mid marinating time.
2. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place chicken on a rack in a pan, pour remaining marinade over chicken and cover with aluminum foil.
3. Bake for 1 hour then turn chicken and lower temperature to 375 degrees. Bake for another hour.
4. Remove cover and bake for 10 minutes uncovered. Let set for 5 minutes before serving.

Note:
Substitute wingettes for thighs, approximately 8-10 pieces per person.
