Mustard Vinaigrette

a recipe that serves 4 by me

Ingredients:

3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 tablespoons spicy or deli mustard
1 medium garlic clove, minced
2 fresh basil leaves, minced
pinch of ground black pepper
pinch of salt

Directions:

1. In a medium size squeeze bottle, mix oil, vinegar and mustard. Add garlic, basil, pepper and salt shake well.
2. Refrigerate at least 15 minutes before serving.
3. Shake well and pour over favorite salad.

Note:

A cleaned relish or mustard squeeze bottle works well, and stores it in the refrigerator well too.
