Pam’s Macaroni Salad

a recipe that serves 4-6 by Pam

Ingredients:

2 cups macaroni, cooked and cooled
1 medium tomato, diced
1 medium cucumber, cut into quarters then cut again into quarters
1/2 small onion, chopped
1 capful cider vinegar
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
fresh ground pepper to taste

Directions:

1. In a large bowl combine macaroni, tomato, cucumber and onion.
2. Add on capful of cider vinegar cap and mayonnaise. Mix well and add pepper, mix again.
