Panko Roasted Asparagus

Ingredients:
1lb asparagus, break off ends, washed and dried
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup plain Panko
1 1/2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
Directions:
1. Preheated oven to 450 degrees.
2. In a small bowl mix Panko, cheese, garlic powder, pepper and salt.
3. Line a lipped cookie sheet with aluminum foil and drizzle oil all over it. Roll asparagus thoroughly through oil.
4. Put half the Panko mix on a plate and roll a small bunch of asparagus through the mix and place back on oiled cookie sheet. Continue working in small batches until all the asparagus have been rolled through the Panko mix and have replaced the plain asparagus; single layer asparagus on the sheet. Add the Panko mix to the plate as needed. When all mixed just sprinkle very lightly, a bit of leftover Panko mix over the asparagus.
5. Roast for 15 minutes, fork tender.
