Pork Chops With Dijonnaise Crust

a recipe that serves 4, by me

Ingredients:

4 pork chops
1/4 cup Dijonnaise or your favorite mustard
1 cup of bread crumbs
3 Tablespoons of Canola oil

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
2. Dip each pork chop side in Dijonnaise and then through bread crumbs.
3. Place pork chops on cookie sheet or shallow baking pan sprayed with pam and oil drizzled on each side of each chop, cook in oven for approximately 50 min. Lower oven temperature to 375 degrees after 10 minutes and turn chops over. Turn at least one more time while cooking. Cooked when juice run clear when chops are stabbed and not pink inside.
