4-6 large Portabella mushrooms (approximately one per person)
2-3 tablespoons of olive oil
1/2 tablespoon of garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Clean mushrooms well and air dry on a paper towel.
2. Cut aluminum foil squares large enough to wrap closed each mushroom individually.
3. Place approximately 1/2 tablespoon of oil each foil piece. Sprinkle salt, pepper and garlic powder on the oil and rub the smooth side of the mushroom in a circular motion covering the area that will be touching the mushroom while it will be cooking. Turn mushroom over and rub in oil as well, the same way.
