Quick Lamb Chops

Ingredients:
2 shoulder round lamb chops
1 teaspoon garlic powder (divided in half)
4 teaspoons salt-free lemon pepper (divided in half)
Directions:
1. Preheat toaster oven to 425 degrees. Spray a pan and a rack that fits in the pan with pam.
2. Season one side of the lamb chops with half of the garlic powder and lemon pepper, then turn them over place them on the rack and season with the other half of garlic powder and lemon pepper.
3. Cook for a total of 20 minutes turning lamb chops over after 10 minutes. Then set toaster oven to broil and broil for a total of 20 minutes turning chops over after 10 minutes.
4. Lamb chops are done when juices run clear.
