Roast Beef on Garlic Bread Hero

a recipe that serves 2-3 by me

Ingredients:

1 garlic bread (fresh or frozen)
1/3 lb roast beef sliced thin
1/4 lb sliced Provolone or mozzarella
15 oz of brown gravy (leftover, fresh or canned), room temperature

Directions:

1. Preheat oven on 375 degrees, unless using frozen garlic bread then preheat to the temperature directed.
2. Place garlic bread on cookie sheet and heat until middle is warm and outside is toasty (usually best to open garlic bread while heating).
3. Layer roast beef evenly up and down length of bottom of bread. Using only half of the gravy, drizzle gravy across top of roast beef. Layer cheese evenly up and down length of bottom of bread. Place some more gravy across the top of cheese (more than on roast beef but not to much).
4. Place garlic bread top on top of cheese and place hero back in oven. Cook until inside is hot and cheese melts (usually 5 to 10 minutes, depending on garlic bread -fresh or frozen).
5. While hero finishes cooking, heat remaining gravy for individual dipping bowls to dip hero in.
