Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients:
7 medium Yukon Gold potatoes, cleaned and cubed into 1/2″ pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground sage
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a rimmed cookie sheet with Pam.
2. Mix potatoes and oil, well.
3. Add salt, pepper and sage and mix.
4. Put potatoes on the cookie sheet single layer.
5. Cook for 45 minutes to 55 minutes, turning once after 25 minutes. Potatoes should be fork tender when done.
