Saucy Chicken
a recipe that serves 2-3
Ingredients:
3 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 pint Sunday Gravy or your favorite jar sauce
1/4 balsamic vinegar
Directions:
1. In a large deep frying pan sprayed with Pam, on medium heat cook chicken on each side 10-15 minutes on each side, until golden brown and no pink meat is showing.
2. Remove chicken from pan and place in a dish.
3. Add gravy and vinegar to pan drippings. Stirring frequently, bring to a rough boil.
4. Lower heat to low and return chicken to the pan covering chicken with the sauce.
5. Cover, and simmer 15 minutes on each side. When done chicken should be cooked thoroughly.
