London Broil for the Slow Cooker

a recipe that serves 4 by me

Ingredients:

3 pounds London broil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup beef broth, low fat and low sodium
1 onion, quartered
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 package fresh sliced mushrooms

Directions:

1. Spray the crockpot with pam.
2. Place the London broil in a slow cooker, top with onion, mushrooms, and garlic.
3. Mix together mushroom soup, beef broth, basil, oregano, and salt. Pour over top of meat, onion and mushrooms.
4. Cover and cook on low 6 hours stirring every 2 hours.

Notes:

Serves nice with mashed potatoes and a salad.
