Slow Cooker Pork Country Ribs

a recipe that serves 4 by me

Ingredients:

1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
1 onion cut into quarters
3 lbs country style pork ribs with bones
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 bottle (12 oz) chili sauce
1/2 cup of water
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 teaspoon steak sauce
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
5 drops hot sauce

Directions:

1. Bring a large stock pot filled with water to a boil, add the ribs, return pot to a boil and boil for 15 minutes, and remove.
2. In a large bowl combine chili sauce, water, ketchup, steak sauce, mustard, chili powder, garlic powder, pepper, hot sauce, and minced garlic. Mix well.
3. Spray Crockpot with Pam, add ribs then onions. Pour beans over the top add the chili sauce mix over the top of everything in the crock.
4. Cover Crockpot and cook on low for six to seven hours. Stir every two hours
