Easy Slow Cooker Roast Beef/Pot Roast

a recipe that serves 6 by me

Ingredients:

3 pounds roast beef
2 potatoes, quartered
8 oz baby carrots
1 onion, quartered
3 celery stalks, cut into thirds
2 cloves garlic, minced and divided in half
1 can (10.5 oz) French Onion Soup
1 cup beef broth mixed
1/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions:

1. Mix beef broth with flour.
2. Spray crock with pam and place in the bottom of crock the celery, potatoes, onion, and carrots.
3. Mix garlic powder with pepper and rub the roast beef down with it.
4. Place roast beef on the top of the vegetables in the crock and pour the onion soup on top of it, and then pour the beef broth mix on top of that.
5. Cover and cook for 5 to 6 hours turning roast beef every 2 hours for a Roast Beef Dinner.
Serve with vegetables and gravy on the side.
6. Cover and cook for 7 to 8 hours turning roast beef turning every 2 hours for a Pot Roast Dinner.
Serve with vegetables and gravy on the side.
