Shrimp Wraps
a recipe for 2 by
Ingredients:
1/2 lb cooked medium shrimp, thawed and chopped into 1/4″ pieces
1/4 cup light mayonnaise
1/4 cup shrimp cocktail sauce
dash of pepper
3 tablespoons chili sauce (optional)
2 wraps (your favorite flavor or plain)
1 small chopped tomato (optional)
Directions:
1. Mix mayonnaise, cocktail sauce, pepper and chili sauce. Add shrimp. Mix well.
2. Place wrap on plate sprinkle on some tomato.
3. If large wrap (like square)place 1/2 of the shrimp salad on wrap evenly spread 1/4″ from ends and roll. If small wrap (like round) place 1/2 of the shrimp salad on wrap in the center and fold sides over center over lapping one another.
Note:
Add shredded lettuce and put it on with the tomato.
