Grilled or Broiled Spicy Pork Chops

Ingredients:
4 Pork Chops
1 cup of Light Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp Lime Juice
2 Cloves of garlic minced
1 tsp Cajun spice (with no salt is best)
Directions:
1. In medium bowl mix all ingredients, except the pork chops, well. Divide the mayonnaise mixture in half and refrigerate it, to serve with the cooked chops.
2. Place some of the mayonnaise mixture on one side of the chops and place them face down on the grill rack or broiler rack and put some mixture on the side facing up.
Notes:
*For Grilling: Place chops on high heat for 3 minutes and lower to low heat for another 3 minutes and turn over place some more mayonnaise mix to scorched side, cook 6 minutes turn over and add more mix to that scorched side. Put more mix, turn over, cook another 6 minutes. Repeat rotating side. Should take approximately 24 minutes and pork chops should not be pink on the inside.
