Stuffed Mushrooms

a recipe that serves 2-4 by me

Ingredients:

12 medium/large (10 oz) mushrooms, washed and dried
1/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1/8 cup Romano or Locatelli grated cheese
4 tablespoons olive oil or Canola oil

Directions:

1. Break stems off of mushrooms, cut dried end off of stems and finely chop them.
2. In medium bowl mix chopped mushroom stems, bread crumbs, cheese and oil well.
3. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray cookie sheet with pam.
4. Stuff each mushroom cap with breadcrumb mix, over the top and place on cookie sheet.
5. Cook for 15 to 18 minutes, mushrooms with be fork tender. Let set for 2 minutes before serving.
