Warm Potato Salad

Ingredients:
5 medium potatoes, cleaned
1/2 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
1/2 yellow onion, chopped finely
2 teaspoons white balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 tablespoon grated Romano cheese
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions:
1. In a large saucepan put potatoes and enough water to fully cover them to boil. When boiling lower heat, and slow boil for 20-30 minutes. They are done when fork tender.
2. While potatoes are cooking mix the remaining ingredients and mix it well. Refrigerate until ready to use.
3. Drain potatoes when done to dry and cool down. When cool enough to handle cut them into cubes (skin on) and add mayonnaise mix. Mix well and serve.
Note:
A nice change for when you want potato salad but are really not in the mood for a cold side dish.
