Zesty Chops

a recipe that serves 2 by me

Ingredients:

2 pork chops, 1/2″ thick
1/4 teaspoon salt sense
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 tablespoon paprika
4 teaspoons steak sauce

Directions:

1. In a bowl mix salt, pepper, paprika, garlic and onion powder.
2. Sprinkle dry mix on one side of each pork chop and with your finger rub it in. Then place one teaspoon steak sauce on each of them and rub that in with the back of a spoon.
3. Turn pork chops over and place one teaspoon steak sauce on each of them and rub that in with the back of a spoon, then sprinkle each one with dry mix and rub in with back of spoon.
4. Let chops marinate at least one hour.
5. Preheat toaster oven to 425 degrees cook and place pork chops on a wire rake.
6. Cook chops for 45 minutes turning only once, then place oven on broil and broil for 3 minutes on each side.
